5. The list of shares for a one-time request is provided to the email specified by the buyer. When subscribing for 3 years, the list is available in the user's personal account during the subscription period. The password for the personal account is sent to the email address specified by the user when subscribing to the services.
6. The fee for payment by card is included in the cost of the service and is not charged additionally.
7. If the user has not received a list of investment-attractive shares by mail, upon a one-time request, has not received a password for the personal account when subscribing for 3 years, if he is not satisfied with the quality of the services provided, he has the right to contact the company via the feedback form, via telegram or whatsapp (links are on the website) and the company undertakes to re-provide the service or return the money within 30 days from the date of the request.
8. The company does not collect or store personal information about clients.
9. The buyer is obliged to comply with the requirements of the law and banking instructions.
10. In case of payment for the product by the buyer using a card instrument, payments are accepted through JSC Bank of Georgia and the payment service provider - United Payment Georgia LLC. By making a payment, the user agrees to the JSC Bank of Georgia and the payment service provider - United Payment Georgia LLC (https://unitedpayment.ge/legal-documents-and-representatives/payment-service) terms and conditions under which payment services are provided. The user understands and agrees that these terms and conditions may be amended from time to time and at the time of making a specific payment, the user must familiarize themselves with the terms and conditions in effect at the time of making the payment, and by making a payment, the user agrees to the terms and conditions in effect at the time of making the payment.
